Job Summary
Lead and develop the local Finance team while owning Armacell Poland's Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. Partner with Plant and Commercial Leadership to drive business performance through budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Deliver insights on profitability, costs, and business performance while evaluating CAPEX investments. Prepare and file statutory accounts, Income Tax, and VAT declarations under IFRS and local GAAP, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing and regulatory requirements. Full-time hybrid role (3/2 office/home) with competitive salary, medical care, and life insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Strong experience in Finance and Controlling within a manufacturing environment
- Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and transfer pricing
- Proven leadership experience and people development skills
- Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-making
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
