Finance and Business Operations Support (Maternity Leave Cover)

Job Summary
Gather, analyze, and consolidate financial inputs from Product Managers and PSL leaders to build robust forecasts and drive monthly closing analysis. Oversee license planning, track business cost contributions during organizational changes, and manage project workload capacity balancing. Proactively identify discrepancies in bookings and license roadmaps, then execute tracking actions from financial board reviews and deliver weekly subcontracting and goods receipt reports. Identify bottlenecks to develop new processes and design automated solutions for financial operations. This role supports the Digital Corporate and Analytics team within Airbus Portugal, requiring 2–3 years of finance experience and a degree in Finance or Business Administration.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Finance, Business Administration
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or any related field
- Good knowledge of Google Suite, incl. GSheets/DataStudio
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Awareness of any potential compliance risks
- Commitment to act with integrity
