Job Summary
Finance and Business Operations Lead responsible for financial forecasting, investor relations, and cross-functional partnership development. You will build and maintain financial models, drive margin optimization, develop pricing strategies and tools, identify new data partnerships, and design dashboards to empower sales, product, and customer success teams. The role requires leveraging SQL to extract insights, monitoring key metrics, and delivering data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Collaboration with the Head of Finance and Operations and COO, with cross-functional impact across product partnerships, growth initiatives, and operational efficiency. Located in NYC or willing to relocate to support hands-on finance, analytics, and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, consulting, or other equivalent analytical roles at a fast-growing company
- Strong finance, SQL, and financial modeling skills
- Experience in data-intensive environments (finance, trading, analytics)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems (e.g., Rillet, Quickbooks, Ramp)
- Located in NYC or willing to relocate
