Job Summary
Finance and Business Manager for Credit Trading & Syndicate role focused on optimizing business performance and supporting strategic initiatives. Partners with business leaders to identify and mitigate risks, deliver high-quality presentations and reports, and drive cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Tech, Ops, Legal, and Compliance. Responsibilities include developing management-ready wireframes and dashboards, communicating requirements to stakeholders, delivering key work streams on time, and identifying opportunities to simplify processes. Preferred background includes experience in business management/COO roles with knowledge of Credit Markets and data visualization tools; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, and familiarity with Tableau/Alteryx/Python and Gen AI a plus. Strong collaboration, communication, and project-management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Drive key business initiatives and support strategic projects across Global Credit Trading & Syndicate Businesses
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks
- Organize and present complex information in a clear and compelling way using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Implement new business strategy, strategic initiatives or platforms, including aligning department and support groups (Finance, Tech, Ops, Legal, Compliance)
- Develop wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Communicate effectively with business partners to understand project requirements and drive next steps
- Manage and deliver key work streams and tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
- Participate in collaborative initiatives, seeking opportunities to simplify and improve business processes
- Represent the business in respective internal/external working groups
