Job Summary
Finance and Business Management - Associate role focusing on merchant services finance and product-control functions. Responsibilities include assisting with finance workstreams for strategic projects (platform migrations, product launches, billing and reporting enhancements, legal-entity simplification), delivering detailed financial analysis and reporting to business managers and senior finance leadership, managing monthly/quarterly close, driving robust controls, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to resolve control and reporting issues. Must be able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, support UAT and implementation activities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders while contributing to business transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or a related area.
- Experience supporting finance workstreams on projects (e.g., new product implementations, platform enhancements), assisting with requirements, documenting controls, executing UAT, tracking issues, and providing support under guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience producing P&L and managing the month-end close process.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a strong control focus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
