Finance and BOI Supervisor

Job Summary
Prepare and monitor rolling cash flow forecasts while supervising daily banking activities, foreign exchange transactions, and bank guarantees. Verify and approve supplier payments, petty cash, and customer receivables, then enforce adherence to credit terms and monthly financial cut-offs. Assist with month-end and year-end closings by reviewing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for full compliance with Thai GAAP. Lead documentation for new BOI applications, manage Max Stock approvals, and oversee customs clearance processes including duty drawback filings. Serve as the primary operational liaison with the BOI, IEAT, and Customs Department to ensure audit readiness and resolve tax compliance issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4–6+ years of combined experience in treasury, accounting, and BOI/Customs operations
- at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior-level role within manufacturing
- Hands-on experience operating RMTS, e-Expert, and managing BOI privilege cut-offs and applications
- Solid foundation in cash flow forecasting, FX management, Thai GAAP, and local tax requirements
- Strong supervisory presence
