Job Summary
Finance and Administrative Coordinator role supporting contract financial administration, procurement, and travel coordination in a government-contracting environment. Responsibilities include assisting the Finance Manager and Staff Accountant with financial reporting, processing vendor invoices and documentation, reviewing statements of work, coordinating procurement and subcontract actions, maintaining procurement records, and arranging travel for candidates and employees. Requires associate degree in a related field and at least three years of administrative/accounting/contract support experience, knowledge of FAR/government contracting, ability to work independently in a remote-environment-capable setting, and strong organizational/communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted

- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations
