Job Summary
Finance and Administration Officer role in Scotland (part-time, 21 hours per week) supporting day-to-day financial and administrative operations. Responsibilities include managing the finance inbox, processing card transactions and staff expenses, posting invoices and bank transactions in Xero, preparing payment runs, supporting month-end tasks (accruals, prepayments, reconciliations), assisting with payroll administration (pension uploads, payroll journals, new employee finance inductions), and providing general office and team support to ensure smooth operations. Hybrid working is available.
