Job Summary
Senior administrative leader responsible for planning and delivering regional administrative services across finance, contracts, human resources, systems, records, and client services; leads multi-program budgeting and regional financial processes; provides strategic guidance on financial policies, contracts, and administrative practices; coordinates year-end processes and payroll; supports regional and divisional planning; mentors administrative staff and oversees performance management; ensures compliance with collective agreements and HR authorities; manages facilities, fleet, telecommunications, and records systems to support operations; participates in occupational health and safety initiatives and builds strong internal/external partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- A one-year related certificate such as Business or Finance
- Two years of related business or finance experience
- Supervisory experience
- Experience working in a government, public sector, or large multi-program organization
- Knowledge of records management, POPA, OH&S requirements, payroll processes, and facilities or fleet coordination
- Experience supporting cross-divisional or cross-ministry partnerships
- Experience providing finance and/or administrative support in emergency response or incident management environments
- Knowledge of administrative systems, process improvement, and service delivery standards
