Job Summary
Finance & Admin Coordinator for Black Ink Presents (Sony Music Entertainment family) with hybrid in-office/remote arrangements in Los Angeles. Responsible for basic finance tasks (entering bills, light bookkeeping, data entry), calendar and logistics management for executives, initial outreach/communications, drafting contracts and SOWs with CFO/COO guidance, creating/editing documents and presentations, generating meeting agendas and notes, organizing digital filing, client support, basic project management, and travel coordination. Requires proven experience in finance or administrative support, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency in MacOS and Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; QuickBooks Online and Adobe Creative Suite experience are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a finance or administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MacOS and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
- Proficiency in OneDrive, Box; QuickBooks Online and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
