Job Summary
Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling customer accounts. Record routine journal entries, bank transactions, and accounts payable bills. Perform month-end closings, conduct bank reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies in accounting data to ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting. Collaborate with team members to support departmental initiatives. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required with 1–2 years of accrual-based accounting experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of experience in accrual-based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
