Job Summary
Oversee all accounting and finance operations including general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end close. Prepare and present accurate financial statements for executive leadership and stakeholders. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while establishing strong internal controls and compliance procedures. Ensure compliance with GAAP and manage audits. Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to company leadership. Requires active CPA license, extensive experience in finance and accounting leadership, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial compliance, and regulatory standards
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting and financial operations
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership
