Job Summary
Finance Analyst to support planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making across Operations, Production, Construction, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Planning, and Inventory. Responsibilities include building headcount and spend forecasts with Operations Planning, inventory planning with Supply Chain, efficiency improvements for Fabrication, Site Construction, and Logistics, assessing ROI on CAPEX and rent-vs-buy for equipment, publishing Budget vs. Actual and Operations KPI reporting, collaborating with Accounting to close monthly statements, delivering profitability reports by project, and contributing to other finance and reporting projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
- 2-5 years of corporate Finance or Investment Banking experience
- Experience in technology, real estate development, or manufacturing industries preferred
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytics and financial modeling; strong Excel skills
- Works well in a team environment and can collaborate toward common goals
