Finance Analyst

Job Summary
Produce financial reports, KPIs, and performance insights to drive decision-making while supporting monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities. Analyze costs, investigate variances, and identify trends by partnering with operational teams to understand manufacturing and logistics performance. Support product costing and new product development initiatives, helping improve reporting processes, systems, and financial controls. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial support and challenge. This role offers hands-on exposure across manufacturing, product costing, logistics, and commercial finance within Valeo Foods UK's food manufacturing operation.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline
- Studying or aspiring to study ACCA, CIMA, ACA or an equivalent qualification
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- The confidence to work with colleagues across different functions
- A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
