Job Summary
Finance Analyst to centralise and automate financial reporting and forecasting; responsibilities include building, running and evolving Studiosity’s reporting framework, preparing high-quality executive monthly reporting for the CFSO/CEO/Leadership Team, compiling Board papers on finance, strategy and operations, and driving operational reporting (Expense, Cash, KPI). Collaborates with the GFC and CFSO to update budget models and forecast processes; conducts ad hoc analysis and 5-year scenario modelling; presents to managers and senior leaders; engages with Senior Leadership Team across Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech and Finance; requires 2-3 years of financial analysis experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets, commercial mindset, attentiveness to detail, excellent communication, and ERP/accounting systems experience. Preferred qualifications include CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent. Location: St Leonards, NSW, Australia with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of financial analysis experience in an accounting, banking, consultancy, corporate finance or similar environment.
