Job Summary
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and strategic projects including new ship financials. Conduct detailed variance, trend, and scenario analysis across P&L lines such as food costs, crew expenses, and entertainment to assess business issues. Analyze product and ship-level performance and profitability while packaging financial reports for monthly Brand Performance Reviews and Board meetings. Maintain existing reports and establish new dashboards to improve decision-making, develop insights for senior management, and participate in financial ship audits. Assist with capital expense budget oversight and ad-hoc analysis requests in collaboration with operations teams. This full-time on-site role in Miami requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 1-2 years of work experience in financial analysis, business planning, or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
