Finance Analyst – Regional FP&A TV Distribution (APAC)

Job Summary
Support the Senior Finance Manager in delivering Regional FP&A for Sony Pictures Television Distribution and Home Entertainment across APAC. Prepare and consolidate regional contribution forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans while leading the planning of APAC overheads. Coordinate submissions between territory finance teams and Home Office Finance, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reporting. Analyze regional financial performance to highlight trends, risks, and variances for leadership reviews. Monitor overheads against budget, manage headcount forecasting via PowerApps, and develop interactive dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud. Drive continuous improvement through automation and digital finance tools to support regional and global finance transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in Finance
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency in using Data Visualization tools
- Experience with SAP BPC
- Experience with reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI or Tableau
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across different cultures and functions
