Job Summary
Audit all areas of finance operations to discover inefficiencies and recommend improvements to the business model. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of financial results for the State, Regions, Areas, and cost centers. Prepare financial plans in accordance with strategic plans and corporate targets. Provide assistance to corporate finance and accounting staff with the development of systems and approaches that address company requirements and are responsive and sensitive to field needs. Design an alternative business process workflow, implement the solutions, and supervise the execution process. Stay up-to-date with developments in relevant software to identify areas for improvements and business issues. This role supports a mission-driven team within Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care serving over 50,000 individuals across the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or similar
- 3-5 years of related experience in Finance: reporting, budgeting, etc.
- Must be highly organized and independent
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Advanced in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Must be able to commute to Rancho Cucamonga office
- Must be flexible to be in office as needed
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
Desired Qualifications
- iServe, Smartsheet, Sales Force, Dayforce, Zycus experience is a plus
- VBA experience a plus
- GAAP experience a plus
