Job Summary
A2R (Account-to-Report) Intern at NCR Atleos in Warsaw, Poland, is a 6-month internship starting in July within the global internship program. You will gain exposure to core accounting and financial operations, focusing on Accounts Receivable subledger activities, period-end close processes, and basic accounting adjustments under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with reconciliations between subledger and General Ledger, preparing reports, supporting cross-functional teams (AR, Cash Application, Treasury), and contributing to process improvements. The role emphasizes hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis in Excel, and collaboration within a global finance environment, with mentorship and pathways toward full-time opportunities after completion.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g. AR, reconciliations).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic data analysis).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a global finance setting.
