Finance Analyst

Support the commercial finance team with revenue forecasting by ensuring all relevant documentation, including approved scopes of work and purchase orders, is available for recognition across clients. Maintain the PO and billing tracker as the first point of contact with the AR team on queries, rejected invoices, and ensuring timely invoicing. Provide account teams with project reconciliations, analyze variances between recognized and billed revenue, and manage WIP by liaising with stakeholders to ensure correct billing and monthly expense invoicing. Assist with accrued and deferred revenue management, resolve billing and AP discrepancies, and support audits. This role involves working closely with 190 experts in London to apply behavioral science to solve communications challenges for leading global brands.
