Job Summary
Entry-level Finance Analyst supporting construction projects across the United States, including cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, human capital management, and compliance. Plays a role in month-end closeout and prepares the financial reporting package for project management. Works with cost components such as labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts; collaborates with operations to ensure accurate billing, cost reporting, and budget management. Requires pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in related fields, willingness to relocate, and strong proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office. Travel/relocation to begin in Denver, CO or Omaha, NE, with several locations nationwide according to business needs. Must be able to travel and relocate as required; able to work independently and as part of a team; strong communication and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree
- 0 - 2 years of financial/data analysis experience
- Must be able to relocate
- Must be able to freely access all parts of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments
- Ability to relocate
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups preferred
