Finance Analyst Junior (They, She, He)

Reconcile management and financial reports, conduct ad hoc analyses using financial data to support decision-making, and identify financial status by comparing actual results with business plans and forecasts. Provide meaningful business insights (YoY, MoM, and vs budget) to all Finance stakeholders and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Partner with the Commercial team as their go-to person for finance insights and operational support while implementing new procedures focused on standardization and optimization with AI tools. Work within a cross-functional team to ensure profitable and flawless execution.
