Job Summary
Finance Analyst in Seoul, Korea to support Asia operations. Key duties include overseeing month-end close for assigned projects, acting as a strategic partner to Business Operations, reviewing contracts for revenue recognition and payment terms, end-to-end project administration (contract setup, revenue recognition, billing, collections, close-out), managing project financial metrics (Revenue, Margin, Unbilled, AR, Backlog), leading annual audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in revenue recognition, contract interpretation, strong Excel skills, and bilingual English/Korean. Deltek Costpoint experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or other relevant fields
- 5+ years of relevant experience (revenue analyst, project accounting, auditor, etc.)
- Experience and understanding of revenue recognition principles
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand contract terms and conditions
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to independently prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with process implementation, refinement, and documentation of same
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred, but not required
- Bilingual – English and Korean
