Finance Analyst - Group Reporting

Job Summary
Assist with the production and analysis of the group monthly consolidated financial reporting, preparing and analysing monthly and quarterly submissions for internal audiences and the US parent company. Communicate regularly with local finance teams to resolve queries and ensure accurate, on-time results, managing the integrity of the consolidation process through close liaison across the group. Look for opportunities to standardise and improve reporting processes through systems and automation, while providing group accounting support for major transactions and structural changes. Ensure compliance with internal governance and controls, applying strong attention to detail to maintain reliable outputs. Work independently within a highly controlled environment with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office per week at Osterley.
Required Qualifications
- CA/ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes
- Ability to investigate complex accounting and reporting matters in detail
- Ability to develop a clear understanding of the underlying facts
- Ability to apply sound judgement to reach appropriate conclusions
- Ability to work independently within a highly controlled environment
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced reporting environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively and build relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within a Group reporting environment
- Experience working with SAP, SAP BI and/or OneStream reporting tools
- Experience developing workflows in automation tools such as Data360
