Job Summary
Senior portfolio finance role focused on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the portfolio. Responsibilities include supporting the India Finance lead and LOB lead in financial decision making, ensuring timely annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities for material pursuits, monitoring financial KPIs, driving process improvements, and ensuring audit-ready financial accounting and reporting. Responsibilities also cover month-end closing, treasury activities such as cash flow optimization, vendor payments, accounts payable/receivable guidance, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and control frameworks. Requires strong Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization skills, with experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across Controllership and FP&A teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration) preferred
- CFA, CPA, CMA certifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, financial modeling)
- SQL
- Python
- Tableau or Power BI
- Core skills: Financial forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting
- Experience in reporting, month-end close, and financial controls
- Knowledge of vendor agreements, rate cards, and procurement processes
- Experience with revenue recognition and working capital optimization
