Job Summary
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities while partnering with stakeholders to challenge performance and improve outcomes. Monitor costs, risks, and opportunities to enhance financial results, then produce clear reporting and commentary for senior leaders. Review information to strengthen governance, audit requirements, and financial processes across the Hinkley Point C construction programme. This hybrid role requires four days per week on site at the Bridgwater SDC office, with an expectation of influencing key decisions on a £30bn infrastructure project.
Required Qualifications
- Business partnering with stakeholders across multiple organisational levels
- Managing stakeholders and confidently providing constructive challenge
- Analysing financial or operational data to identify risks, trends, and insights
- Communicating complex financial information to finance and non-finance audiences
- Reviewing information to support decision-making and improve performance
