Job Summary
Finance Analyst specializing in inventory governance and control for Dyson's In House Manufacturing (IHM) operations. Focus areas include ensuring accurate inventory records and audit trails, overseeing cycle and year-end counts, analyzing movements and variances, partnering with Supply Chain and Operations to drive discipline and improvements, and providing financial reporting and insights to support decision-making. Role requires a foundation in inventory accounting and controls, strong analytical skills, ERP experience (SAP or similar), and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Finance Manager – IHM Finance. Required Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant or equivalent post-graduate qualification
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Strong expertise in inventory control and reconciliation
- Proficient in Excel; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; ability to analyze and present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
