Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst responsible for supporting FP&A processes to drive profitability and efficiency. Responsibilities include facilitating the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), assisting with monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews, supporting the monthly close process with the Region finance team, collaborating with Sysco Business Services to ensure timely and accurate close, developing and deploying tools and processes across the organization, performing customer incentive analysis and providing cross-functional financial analytics and ad hoc support. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA degree preferred. Experience: 1+ years of Financial or business-related analysis experience or equivalent. Skills: strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills; solid knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures; excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
