Job Summary
Prepare timely, high-quality financial information and advice regarding actual, forecasted, and budgeted results to support leadership business decisions. Manage budgets, prepare business plans, and report performance against plan while evaluating cost/benefit analysis and business improvement options. Conduct product costing and inventory valuation for multiple plant sites, delivering continuous improvement in management and financial reporting systems. Support monthly business reviews and ensure adherence to regional delegation of authority and asset stewardship controls. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with three years of accounting experience, including ERP system proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related area
- 3 years of experience in an accounting role with emphasis in financial analysis role
- Accounting degree
- 1 year working with an ERP system
- Certified Public Accountant certification
- Construction and Manufacturing operations experience
- Experience with SAP
Desired Qualifications
- MBA degree
- 3+ years of experience in a cost accounting role
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
