Job Summary
Finance Analyst (Accounts Payable) in Luxembourg (part-time, 50/60%), 8-month fixed-term contract. Supports SAP S/4HANA and DB Buyer implementation; processes incoming invoices, performs account assignment, invoice verification, and supports payment runs; handles intercompany recharges and internal cost allocations; conducts reconciliations and assists with monthly closings in IFRS. Requires commercial vocational training or accounting experience, good MS Office (especially Excel), SAP knowledge advantageous, and very good German and English communication. Police clearance certificate may be requested. Opportunity to contribute to a global asset manager within a multinational, collaborative team; role involves cooperation with Finance Offshore Centres and cross-functional project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial vocational training or accounting experience (including as part of a university degree)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Cost accounting knowledge a plus
- MS Excel proficiency
- SAP knowledge advantageous
- Strong communication in German and English
