Job Summary
Finance Analyst 2 partners with site leadership to provide strategic FP&A support for Peachtree Corners operations, helping to evolve the site toward a unified factory P&L by delivering high-impact decision support, financial visibility, and cross-functional insights. Responsibilities include integrated site FP&A (monthly close, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting), cross-functional partnering with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and logistics, cost and margin analysis (labor, overhead, variances), KPI development and dashboards (Tableau), capital expenditure ROI modeling, ad hoc data analysis, and process improvements to scale routine activities while ensuring timely financial visibility for all site functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of FP&A or Operations Finance experience
- Advanced MS Excel with financial modeling
- Experience with Tableau and data visualization
- SQL, Snowflake, Tableau knowledge preferred
- ERP systems like SAP and planning tools such as Anaplan preferred
