Job Summary
Assess financial processes, identify improvement areas, and design solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. Provide guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and shared services while participating in process modernization, activity analysis, and continuous monitoring. Contribute to finance system implementation support, including business cases, chart of accounts design, and program management. Assist with transactional change, offering pre- or post-deal support for governance, accounting, integration, and synergy realization. Determine operating models and commercial benefits to fund modernization programs. Work within the CFO Advisory team to transform finance functions across sectors like finance, technology, energy, and health.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, external audit, or a related field
- Bachelor or equivalent degree
- CA qualification (or equivalent)
- Exceptional skills in leading project teams to deliver finance projects or internal improvement activities
- Experience in risk & controls, process optimization, financial reporting, technical accounting, management accounting, or budgeting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide meaningful insights to clients
- Technical accounting proficiency with experience in applying accounting standards
- Attention to detail required for delivering high-quality reports and presentations
- Available for Work Visa Sponsorship
