Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end financing coordination and administrative support for the Sales organization by structuring, documenting, and approving equipment transactions in alignment with lender and regulatory requirements. Manage credit applications, validate AML/KYC documentation, and coordinate with internal credit teams and external lenders to obtain approvals and manage funding packages. Process trade-in transactions, verify ownership, and prepare registry searches to ensure accurate deal records and timely credit releases. Monitor deal progression, escalate risks, and maintain audit-ready files to support efficient deal execution. This temporary role involves three days per week in the office with an hourly rate of $22 to $25.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in financing administration, lending, or sales support
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or related field
- Experience in structured, process-driven environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financing/CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
