Finance Administrator (MS D365) | Fixed-Term Contract (3-6 Months)

Job Summary
Process and manage incoming invoices within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, including registration, validation, and approval tracking. Maintain supplier data with IBAN checks and support financial administrative workflows during a transition period. Identify and resolve workflow exceptions while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and stakeholders to ensure efficient transaction processing. Assist with budget monitoring for office and operational expenses and contribute to optimizing D365-related processes. Provide user support for D365 Finance and handle additional administrative tasks as needed. This fixed-term contract spans 3 to 6 months, starting ASAP, for a candidate with at least two years of finance administration experience and verified D365 expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen financiële administratie of finance operations
- Aantoonbare ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (vereiste)
- Ervaring met factuurverwerking, leveranciersbeheer en financiële administratieve processen
- MBO4- of HBO-opleiding in Finance, Administratie, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, met name Excel
- Professionele communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
- Contractduur: 3 tot 6 maanden (fixed-term contract)
