Job Summary
Monitor daily cash positions, prepare treasury forecasts, and maintain sufficient liquidity to support operational requirements. Act as the primary contact for banking partnerships, handling account administration, signatory controls, and covenant reviews while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Process daily payments and collections, manage foreign currency transactions, and complete bank reconciliations and due diligence checks. Maintain accurate fixed asset records, process asset movements, calculate depreciation charges, and prepare monthly reconciliations. Contribute to half-year and year-end financial reporting, prepare supporting schedules, and support internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience gained through roles in cash management, financial operations, bookkeeping, or associated financial activities
- Strong understanding of cash management, treasury operations and financial controls
- Experience preparing financial reports, reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills
- Ability to work independently whilst building effective relationships across the business
- Proven experience in treasury, finance, accounting or financial operations
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, reconciliations and financial controls
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing banking relationships and treasury facilities
- Knowledge of foreign currency transactions and foreign exchange markets
- Experience supporting external audits and statutory reporting
- Experience with fixed asset accounting and depreciation processes
- Understanding of financial systems, process improvement and automation
