Job Summary
Raise, receipt, and manage purchase orders while ensuring plant, labour, and sub-contractor costs are distributed accurately. Monitor open commitments, update internal systems with financial data, and analyse results to identify over and under recoveries. Support the operational team with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and EOM close-outs, ensuring contractual obligations are met for progress claims and invoicing. Implement compliance for all policies and procedures while contributing ideas to the continuous improvement program. This role requires a Diploma in business administration or finance, JDEGS experience, and advanced Excel skills. Required Qualifications
- Diploma or related qualification in business administration and/or finance
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software
- Advanced MS Excel skills
