Job Summary
As Finance Administrator at Armada Music, you will handle Accounts Receivable processing and debtor monitoring, maintain master data, prepare AR-related reports and bank reconciliations, and support month-end close with journal entries and balance sheet workpapers. The role includes handling AP tasks as needed, coordinating with internal teams, and driving improvements to AR workflows and procedures. Strong Excel skills and fluent English and Dutch communication are required, as is experience with an accounting system (AccountView a plus). The position emphasizes an initial AR focus with potential to grow into broader finance responsibilities within a collaborative, process-improvement driven team in Amsterdam.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years in a similar finance/accounting role
- Experience with AccountView or similar accounting system
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch
- Experience with Excel
- Organised and structured work approach
- Focus on Accounts Receivable initially with potential to expand to AR/AP and broader accounting tasks
- Willingness to drive process improvements and implement new procedures
