Job Summary
Finance Administrator needed to support day-to-day finance operations, including processing purchase and sales invoices, maintaining supplier and debtor records, conducting bank reconciliations across multiple accounts, and assisting with month-end activities. Strong Excel and Outlook skills are essential, with experience in AP/AR, invoice matching, credit control support, and general finance administration. Desirable familiarity with Iplicit or CarePlanner and a background in care/healthcare finance. Hybrid remote role based in Telford, UK. Immediate start on a fixed-term 3-month contract. Reports to Head of Finance. Salary £30,000 pro rata (annualized ~£30k, USD equivalent ~$37,500) and benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Finance Administrator/Accounts Assistant or similar role
- Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Experience processing purchase invoices, sales invoices, and bank reconciliations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and managing multiple inboxes
