Finance Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary

Assist with accounts payable, invoice processing, expense reports, and purchasing card transactions using Concur and other financial systems. Maintain accurate financial records, budget tracking, and project cost documentation while preparing reports and presentations using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Coordinate vendor payments, purchase orders, and invoice approvals, and support project teams with cost tracking, forecasting updates, and financial data organization. Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document management, serving as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams. Work during normal operating hours, with overtime and weekends as required.

  • 0-5 years of finance, accounting, administrative, or business support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization
  • Comfortable working with financial data, reports, invoices, and budgets
  • Ability to work professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks and support the broader team where needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with Concur, ERP systems, or other financial software
