Job Summary
Finance & Administration Manager at Bel Air Aviation leads the finance function for an international, family-owned helicopter company. Responsibilities include overall financial management (monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts), payroll administration, budgeting and forecasting, liquidity management, cash flow and financial controlling, and preparing reports for the executive management and board. The role also drives optimization and digitalization of financial processes, develops and coordinates IT systems/tools, and provides business analyses and decision-support through business cases. You will manage a smaller finance team, develop people, processes, and systems, and collaborate closely with the CEO, leadership team, and external partners across Denmark and the Netherlands. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting/finance background (cand.merc.aud., HD(R) or equivalent), hands-on and strategic mindset, experience with ERP and BI tools, and excellent Danish and English communication. You will participate in strategic decisions and help shape the organization’s financial and IT foundations in a developing, international, family-owned business.
Required Qualifications
- Cand.merc.aud., HD(R) or tilsvarende (strong accounting and finance foundation)
- Experience with financial management, reporting and controlling
- Leadership experience or motivation for leadership responsibilities
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools
- Strong Danish and English communication skills
- Structured, analytical, proactive work style
- Ability to combine operations with strategic development
