Job Summary
Finance & Admin Assistant for a fully remote freelance role supporting Lekker Code across Germany, Spain and South Africa. Responsibilities include preparing and following up on invoices and bank statements, organizing invoices in Google Drive, managing freelancer timesheets, client invoicing, payroll processing, inter-company invoicing, and coordinating accountants across multiple entities. Requires solid bookkeeping/finance administration experience, strong organisation, independent work in a cross-time-zone setup, excellent English, German a plus, and proficiency with Google Sheets/Drive.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in bookkeeping, finance administration or accounts payable/receivable
- Highly organised, detail oriented and deadline driven
- Fluent English (written & spoken); German is a clear plus
- Self managed and dependable in a fully remote, cross time zone setup
- Experience supporting multiple entities or international finance ops is an advantage
- Confident with Google Sheets and Google Drive
- Comfortable handling bank statements, invoices and payroll data accurately
