Job Summary
Finance & Accounts Assistant in Malaysia for a full-time contract (6 months) based in Kota Kinabalu. Responsibilities include recording and reconciling financial transactions, supporting payments and day-to-day finance tasks, collaborating with Tour Leaders to ensure accounts are accurate and reconciled for each trip, reconciling trip expenses and payments from the Malaysia office, handling bank reconciliations and accounts payable, and submitting e-invoices for supplier invoices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, cash flow management, and bank journals; proficiency in Word, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., D365); strong English communication skills; travel & tourism accounting experience is advantageous. This is a salaried full-time position operating out of Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.”,
Required Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications, with hands on experience in accounting software (such as D365 or similar)
