Job Summary
Rotational 30-month program designed to develop finance professionals with both financial acumen and technical expertise. Associates will gain hands-on experience delivering core Finance responsibilities (FP&A, forecasting, performance management) while contributing to the modernization of Finance processes through automation, analytics, and system innovation. The role emphasizes leveraging data, technology, and AI to translate business problems into technology-enabled solutions, with rotational exposure across Finance functions, mentorship from Finance leaders, and ongoing development opportunities in a Toronto-based undergraduate program starting Fall 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a combination Finance & Technology
- Strong financial acumen and technical capability
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI and/or Tableau) and familiarity with Python, SQL, Databricks, GitHub
- Ability to analyze financial data, forecast, and support FP&A activities
- Interest in automation, analytics, AI, and finance-system transformation
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Willingness to participate in a 30-month rotational program
- Location: Toronto-based program starting Fall 2027
