Job Summary
Lead end-to-end projects for invoicing systems, ERP solutions, and software implementations, acting as the central contact between Finance, Tax, Legal, and Tech. Manage requirement engineering through go-live while handling tax and accounting consultations to assess impacts on compliance processes. Ensure adherence to regulatory and tax standards, taking responsibility for approvals prior to implementation, and maintain structured documentation across repositories. Address ad-hoc requests regarding product changes, quality assurance, and compliance topics. This role supports the transformation of finance and technology at SIXT, a global mobility leader, bridging operational requirements with implementation teams to shape compliant, scalable finance solutions.
Required Qualifications
- completed vocational training or a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4+ years in project management or business analysis within a finance, tax, or ERP transformation environment
- solid understanding of accounting and tax regulations
- proven experience in requirement engineering
- strong track record of coordinating cross-functional teams, including tech, business, legal, and tax stakeholders
- familiar with invoicing systems such as SAP, e-invoicing standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- strong stakeholder management and moderation skills
- fluent in English
