Job Summary
Finance & Accounting Officer responsible for monitoring cash flow, processing invoices and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with AADE myDATA requirements, coordinating with customers and suppliers, supporting tax obligations (VAT/VIES and intra-community transactions), and assisting with monthly/annual closings and financial reporting. The role requires delivering daily cash and liquidity analysis, preparing financial data for statements and audits, and maintaining strong communication with management, external accounting firms, and stakeholders. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience in a trading/import-export environment, advanced Excel and ERP skills, proficient English, and strong organizational and communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Experience within a trading company involved in imports, exports, and international transactions
- Good understanding of accounting and tax regulations and procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
