Job Summary
Oversee daily bookkeeping, prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports, and manage Account Receivable and Account Payable processes. Monitor cash flow and projections, ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and supervise project cost tracking and purchasing activities. Manage Purchase Order processes, vendor selection, and payment terms while coordinating with operational teams on procurement. Lead finance, accounting, and purchasing teams to oversee payroll, BPJS, onboarding, and employee administration. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least five years of experience, including leadership capability and hands-on involvement in financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with leadership experience
- Strong technical accounting skills and able to work hands-on
- Experienced in preparing complete financial reports independently
- Experienced in handling AR, AP, cash flow, and tax compliance
- Familiar with Indonesian taxation regulations (PPh 21/23/4(2), PPN)
- Experience leading finance/accounting and purchasing/logistics teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
