Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and supervise the accounting team, managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while leading month-end and year-end closing processes. Perform account reconciliations, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and analyze financial data to support business performance. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals. This leadership role within a growing manufacturing organization supports operational success through strong financial controls and insights.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
