Job Summary
Finance & Accounting Manager overseeing day-to-day accounting operations including A/P, A/R, cash application, collections, and fixed assets for a manufacturing context; leads and mentors the accounting team, enforces internal controls, collaborates across departments, drives process improvements, and ensures accurate financials through data-driven insights and timely reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ in accounts receivable or accounting department
- 2 ? 4 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation is required
- Experience with general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable management, and payroll processing is essential
- Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred
- Prior experience in leading teams, improving processes, and implementing financial controls is a plus
- Required high School diploma or equivalent
