Finance & Accounting Manager

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including preparing annual budgets, monitoring performance variances, and managing cash flow to ensure liquidity. Supervise daily accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations while preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with IFRS and Omani regulations. Strengthen internal control systems to safeguard assets and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Lead and mentor the finance team, collaborate with Operations and Events departments on project budgets, and provide actionable financial insights for operational decision-making.
