Job Summary
Finance & Accounting – AI Champion to accelerate adoption of AI and automation across Finance and Accounting. Lead enablement, advisory, and change leadership; identify high-value AI/use-case opportunities; partner with senior leaders to define problem statements, success metrics, and enablement plans. Use enterprise AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Google Vertex AI) alongside advanced Excel, SQL, data visualization, and automation platforms to deliver measurable business value. Facilitate leadership discussions, drive adoption, and define/value-track metrics such as productivity gains, cycle-time reductions, cost savings, and quality improvements. Collaborate with IT on AI platform enablement and support change management activities. Strong senior-leadership presence and business partnering required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5 plus years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting roles.
- Demonstrated experience applying or enabling AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools in a Finance or Accounting environment, including advanced experience partnering with business leaders to identify, pilot, and scale use cases using Microsoft Copilot or Google Vertex AI.
- Proven ability to work directly with senior leadership stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of core Finance and Accounting processes, with excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
